EXPERIENCE GROUP FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE IN PRIMARY HEALTH CARE: EXPERIENCE REPORT

Resumo: OBJECTIVE: To report the experience with the group of elderly people, as a possibility of health education strategy in primary health care. METHOD: Three different meetings were held in the period of 2022, with different themes based on previous reports of the elderly regarding their emotional and health needs. RESULTS: The group strengthened the bond between health professionals, providing a space for interaction between the elderly and consequently social inclusion by establishing bonds between participants, stimulating autonomy, self-esteem and self-confidence. the dynamic form that was proposed in each meeting brought educational resources, creating expectations among the elderly for the next meetings. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: The group approach was successful, through the group the elderly had the opportunity to speak and be heard, causing an exchange of experiences, in addition to providing a look of self-care and self-management, resulting in greater adherence to outpatient consultations and in the practice of physical activity and lower frequency in free demand consultations.

MÉTODO: Se realizaron tres encuentros diferentes en el período 2022, con diferentes temáticas a partir de relatos previos de los adultos mayores en relación a sus necesidades emocionales y de salud. RESULTADOS: El grupo fortaleció el vínculo entre los profesionales de la salud, proporcionando un espacio de interacción entre los participantes y consecuentemente de inclusión social al establecer vínculos entre los participantes, estimulando la autonomía, la autoestima y la autoconfianza. La forma dinámica en que se propone cada encuentro trae recursos educativos, creando expectativas entre los losancianos para los próximos encuentros. CONSIDERACIONES FINALES: El abordaje grupal fue exitoso, a través del grupo los mayores adultos tuvieron la oportunidad de hablar y ser escuchados, provocando un intercambio de experiencias, además de ofrecer una mirada de autocuidado y autogestión, resultando en una mayor adherencia a la consulta externa. consultas y práctica de actividad física y menor frecuencia de consultas a demanda.OBJETIVO: Relatar a experiência com o grupo de convivência de idosos, como possibilidade de estratégia de educação em saúde na atenção primária à saúde. MÉTODO: Foi realizado três encontros distintos no período de 2022, com temas diversos baseados nos relatos prévios dos idosos em relação as suas necessidades emocionais e de saúde. RESULTADOS: O grupo fortaleceu o vínculo entre os profissionais de saúde, proporcionando um espaço de interação entre os idosos consequentemente a inclusão social ao estabelecer laços entre os participantes, estimulando a autonomia, autoestima e a autoconfiança. a forma dinâmica que era proposta em cada encontros, trazia recursos educativos, criando expectativas entre os idosos para os próximos encontros.
