Resumo: | Objective: To report the potential of convergent care research for the implementation of the Systematization of Nursing Care in an Emergency Care Unit. Method: This is an experience report on the process of implementing the systematization of nursing care that used the Convergent Care Research method in an Emergency Care Unit with a view to complying with Nursing legislation, promoting changes and qualifying care and thus, corroborate the insertion of innovations in health practices, strengthening the knowledge and actions of the Nursing team. Results: After collective discussions with all the actors involved and workshops to train people on the subject, nurses were able to rethink and rebuild skills. It was possible to identify the possible nuances that hindered the implementation of care practices through the Nursing Process, as well as to reinforce motivation strategies, awareness and considerable contributions regarding the qualification of care, since the implementation of the Systematization of Nursing Care contributes to the professional recognition, growth and solidification of Nursing as a science. Final Considerations: The Convergent Care Research allowed changes in health care practice, maintaining during the process a close relationship between research and care with the purpose of finding alternatives to solve problems and introduce innovations in the context of the practice in which the method is used. |

Método: Se trata de un relato de experiencia sobre el proceso de implementación de la sistematización de la atención de enfermería que utilizó el método de Investigación de Atención Convergente en una Unidad de Atención de Emergencia con el objetivo de cumplir con la legislación de Enfermería, promover cambios y calificar la atención y así, corroborar la inserción de innovaciones en las prácticas de salud, fortaleciendo el conocimiento y las acciones del equipo de Enfermería. Resultados: Después de discusiones colectivas con todos los actores involucrados y talleres de formación sobre el tema, los enfermeros lograron repensar y reconstruir habilidades. Fue posible identificar los posibles matices que dificultaron la implementación de prácticas de cuidado a través del Proceso de Enfermería, así como reforzar estrategias de motivación, concientización y aportes considerables en cuanto a la calificación del cuidado, ya que la implementación de la Sistematización de la Atención de Enfermería contribuye a la reconocimiento profesional, crecimiento y consolidación de la Enfermería como ciencia. Consideraciones Finales: La Investigación en Atención Convergente permitió cambios en la práctica de atención en salud, manteniendo durante el proceso una estrecha relación entre investigación y atención con el propósito de encontrar alternativas para solucionar problemas e introducir innovaciones en el contexto de la práctica en que se utiliza el método.Objetivo: Relatar as potencialidades da pesquisa convergente assistencial para a implementação da Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem em uma Unidade de Pronto Atendimento. Método: Trata-se de um relato de experiência do processo de implementação da sistematização da assistência de enfermagem que utilizou o método da Pesquisa Convergente Assistencial em uma Unidade de Pronto Atendimento com vistas a atender a legislação em Enfermagem, promover mudanças e qualificar o cuidado e assim, corroborar para inserção de inovações nas práticas de saúde fortalecendo o saber e o fazer da equipe de Enfermagem. Resultados: Após discussões coletivas com todos os atores envolvidos e a realização de oficinas para capacitar acerca da temática, os enfermeiros puderam repensar e reconstruir competências. Foi possível identificar as possíveis nuances que dificultavam a implementação das práticas assistenciais por meio do Processo de Enfermagem, bem como reforçar estratégias de motivação, conscientização e contribuições consideráveis no que concerne à qualificação do cuidado, uma vez que a implementação da Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem contribui para o reconhecimento profissional, crescimento e solidificação da Enfermagem enquanto ciência.
