Resumo: Objective: To broaden the discussion on the role of the Nephrology Nurse in conservative treatment outpatient clinics in nephrology, focusing on health education and mitigating the impacts on the health of chronic kidney patients. Methods: Theoretical study on the operational development of the Nephrology Nurse in conservative treatment in nephrology. Development: Furthermore, the Nephrology Nurse plays a crucial role in preventing complications, early identification of changes in health status, and collaborative decision-making with other healthcare professionals. Final Considerations: The Nephrology Nurse plays a central role in guiding, educating, and supporting patients, contributing to the prevention of complications and the achievement of a better quality of life. Therefore, it is essential to recognize and strengthen the importance of this professional in the care of chronic kidney patients.

Métodos: Estudio teórico sobre el desarrollo operativo del enfermero nefrólogo en el tratamiento conservador en nefrología. Desarollo: Además, el enfermero nefrólogo desempeña un papel crucial en la prevención de complicaciones, la detección temprana de cambios en el estado de salud y la toma de decisiones conjuntamente con otros profesionales de la salud. Consideraciones Finales: El Enfermero Nefrólogo desempeña un papel central en la orientación, educación y apoyo a los pacientes, colaborando en la prevención de complicaciones y logrando una mejor calidad de vida. Por tanto, es fundamental reconocer y fortalecer la importancia de este profesional en la atención a los pacientes renales crónicos.Objetivo: Ampliar o debate sobre a atuação do Enfermeiro Nefrologista nos ambulatórios de tratamento conservador em nefrologia, tomando como foco em educação em saúde, mitigando os impactos na saúde doa pacientes renais crônicos. Métodos: Estudo teórico sobre o desenvolvimento operacional do enfermeiro nefrologista no tratamento conservador em nefrologia. Desenvolvimento: Além disso, o enfermeiro nefrologista desempenha um papel crucial na prevenção de complicações, na identificação precoce de alterações no estado de saúde e na tomada de decisões em conjunto com os demais profissionais de saúde.  Considerações Finais: O Enfermeiro Nefrologista desempenha um papel central na orientação, educação e suporte aos pacientes, colaborando para a prevenção de complicações e o alcance de uma melhor qualidade de vida.
