Resumo: Objective: to describe the profile of ICNP® nursing diagnoses in patients at risk of developing Pressure Injury (LP). Method: exploratory, cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach, carried out in the Intensive Care Unit of a private hospital in northeastern Brazil. Forty patients admitted from January to May 2017 were analyzed. The terms identified in the nursing records were allocated in a spreadsheet containing the seven axes present in the 2017 CIPE® version followed by the respective terms. Results: 19 Nursing Diagnoses (ND) were found, the most frequent ones were: Impaired thermoregulation (75%), Absent skin self-care (72%), Barrier in the present communication (72%), Sedation dependence (72%). Some terms needed to be approximated because they are synonyms or are absent in the version used. Conclusion: clinical situations of patients at risk of developing LP were identified, represented by 19 NDs liable to interventions, contributing to the implementation of care to the studied population.
