EMPIRICAL INDICATORS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNOLOGY DIRECTED TO THE CARE OF OBESE ADOLESCENTS: : INTEGRATIVE REVIEW

Resumo: Objective: To identify, according to Orem's Self-Care Theory, Empirical Health Indicators to subsidize the development of a technological instrument, of the form type, targeted directed to nursing care for obese adolescents assisted in Primary Health Care. Method: One is about an integrative review of the literature, whose data collection was performed in October 2020, in the following databases: ADOLEC, BDENF, IBECS, LILACS and MEDLINE/PubMed. The analytical procedure of the data started from the categorization of indicators according to the requirements postulated in Orem's Self-Care Theory. Results: 34 studies were included in the final sample, which enabled the identification of 113 empirical health indicators, distributed among three categories that took into account the requirements proposed in that theory, they were: Universal Self-Care Requirements, Self-Care Development Requirements, and Self-Care Requirements Self-Care in Health Deviation. Final Considerations: The indicators identified here are characterized as a relevant part of the process of developing a technology for nursing care for adolescents with obesity. Such technology, when applied in the practice of nurses in PHC, will expand the possibilities of care provided to the public in question.

Such technology, when applied in the practice of nurses in PHC, will expand the possibilities of care provided to the public in question.  Objetivo: Identificar, a la luz de la Teoría del Autocuidado de Orem, Indicadores Empíricos de Salud que apoyen el desarrollo de un instrumento tecnológico, como un formulario, dirigido a la atención de enfermería a adolescentes con obesidad atendidos en Atención Primaria de Salud. Método: Se trata de una revisión de literatura integradora, cuya cola de datos se realizó en octubre de 2020, con las siguientes bases de datos: ADOLEC, BDENF, IBECS, LILACS y MEDLINE / PubMed. El procedimiento analítico de dos datos comienza con la categorización de dos indicadores de acuerdo con los requisitos postulados en la Teoría del Autocuidado de Orem. Resultados: Se incluyeron 34 estudios en la muestra final, lo que permitió identificar 113 indicadores empíricos de salud, distribuidos en tres categorías que tomaron en cuenta los requisitos propuestos en esa teoría, estos fueron: Requisitos de autocuidado universal, Requisitos de desarrollo del autocuidado y Requerimientos de Autocuidado Autocuidado en Desviación de Salud. Consideraciones finales: Los indicadores aquí identificados se caracterizan como parte relevante del proceso de desarrollo de una tecnología para el cuidado de enfermería de adolescentes con obesidad. Dicha tecnología, aplicada en la práctica del enfermero en la APS, ampliará las posibilidades de atención brindada al público en cuestión.Objetivo: Identificar, à luz da Teoria do Autocuidado de Orem, Indicadores Empíricos em Saúde para subsidiar a elaboração de um instrumento tecnológico, do tipo formulário, direcionado ao cuidado de enfermagem à adolescentes com obesidade atendidos na Atenção Primária à Saúde. Método: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, cujo a coleta de dados foi realizada em outubro de 2020, nas bases de dados: ADOLEC, BDENF, IBECS, LILACS e MEDLINE/PubMed. O procedimento análitico dos dados partiu da categorização dos indicadores conforme os requisitos postulados na Teoria do Autocuidado de Orem. Resultados: Foram incluídos 34 estudos na amostra final, que possibilitaram identificar 113 indicadores empíricos em saúde, distribuídos entre três categorias que levaram em consideração os requisitos propostos na referida teoria, foram elas: Requisitos Universais do Autocuidado, Requisitos de Desenvolvimento do Autocuidado e Requisitos do Autocuidado no Desvio da Saúde.
