Resumo: | ABSTRACT Objectives: to identify the main nursing diagnoses attributed to the binomial newborn mother in breastfeeding in the context of the covid19 and to elaborate the nursing care plan. Methodology: this is a theoretical essay based on a narrative literature review. Results: nursing Care plans based on prevention / recovery diagnoses, namely: ineffective breastfeeding; interrupted breastfeeding and deficient knowledge, as well as in promotion diagnoses: as Willingness for improved breastfeeding and Willingness for improved knowledge. Conclusions: the emergence of covid-19 requires professionals to have more knowledge and mastery of elements essential to their practice, such as the systematization of nursing care. Considering the constant need for training human resources in health services, it is evident that investing in continuing education and in the implementation of SAE can be an essential tool for quality nursing care in the context of the pandemic of the covid-19. |
