INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY FOR THE PREVENTION OF COVID-19 IN TRANSPORT SERVICES

Resumo: Objective: to build and validate information technology for the safe use of public transportation in the face of COVID-19. Methods: methodological study for the development and validation of information technology carried out with 22 judges with expertise in the areas of infectious diseases, public health or health education. An Educational Content Validation instrument was used for data collection and validation by the judges. The criterion for validation was agreement greater than 90%, verified by the content validation index and binomial test. Results: the posters were considered valid in terms of content, with agreement of the judges greater than 90%. Conclusion: the final version of the educational technology is valid with combined information on knowledge and safe behavior for the prevention and control of COVID-19. Contributions to practice: health education strategies, with the aid of educational technology as a tool for facilitating, fixing and adopting safe behavior.

Método: estudio metodológico para el desarrollo y validación de la tecnología de la información realizado con 22 jueces expertos en enfermedades infecciosas, salud pública o educación sanitaria. Se utilizó un instrumento de validación del contenido educativo para la recogida de datos y su validación por los jueces. El criterio de validación fue un acuerdo superior al 90%, verificado mediante el índice de validación de contenido y la prueba binomial. Resultados: los carteles se consideraron válidos en cuanto al contenido, con un acuerdo de los jueces superior al 90%. Conclusión: la versión final de la tecnología educativa es válida con información combinada de conocimientos y comportamientos seguros para la prevención y el control del COVID-19. Contribuciones para la práctica: estrategias de educación para la salud, con el auxilio de la tecnología educativa como herramienta de facilitación, fijación y adopción de comportamientos seguros.Objetivo: construir e validar tecnologia informativa para uso seguro de transporte público frente a COVID-19. Métodos: estudo metodológico para desenvolvimento e validação de tecnologia informativa realizado com 22 juízes com expertise em áreas de infectologia, saúde pública ou educação em saúde. Para coleta dos dados, utilizou-se instrumento de Validação de Conteúdo Educacional para validação pelos juízes. O critério para validação foi concordância superior a 90%, verificada pelo índice de validação de conteúdo e teste binomial. Resultados: os cartazes foram considerados válidos quanto ao conteúdo, com concordância dos juízes superior a 90%. Conclusão: a versão final da tecnologia educativa válida com informações combinadas de conhecimento e comportamento seguro para prevenção e controle da COVID-19.
