Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, tendocomo objetivos identificar, analisar e descrever a produção científica sobre a judicialização da saúde nos últimos cincoanos Foram apresentados os resultados de uma revisão de publicações nacionais e internacionais, relacionadas aJudicialização da Saúde. Foram analisadas as pesquisas do período de 2013 a 2017. A amostra final foi composta por 23estudos, enfatizou-se a Judicialização da Saúde como um processo com duas vertentes, a qual de um lado apresenta-secomo aliada do SUS, garantindo o direito á Saúde. Porém de outro lado apresenta-se como deletéria, impossibilitando oprincípio da Igualdade e da divisão de Recursos Financeiros, sendo um gasto instável para os gestores da saúde. Conclui-seassim, que a Judicialização da Saúde, favorece a população, porém beneficia poucos em detrimento de muitos, levantandodebates quanto aos princípios do SUS e como correlacioná-los entre si, respeitando o Direito e a Integralidade da Saúdedo litigante, assim como, a Igualdade e Equidade na prestação de serviços para a população.Palavras-chave: Judicialização da Saúde; Integralidade em Saúde; Direito à Saúde. ABSTRACTIt aimed to identify the scientific production on the Judicialization of Health, analyze this production in the lastfive years and describe how the Judicialization has been worked. It is an integrative review of the literature,with the objective of identifying, analyzing and describing the scientific production on the judicialization ofhealth in the last five years. The results of a review of national and international publications related to HealthJudicialization were presented. analyzed the researches from the period from 2013 to 2017. The final sampleconsisted of 23 studies, emphasizing the Judicialization of Health as a two-tier process, which on the one handit presents itself as an ally of the SUS, guaranteeing the right to Health. On the other hand, it presents itself asdeleterious, making it impossible for the principle of Equality and for the division of Financial Resources to bean unstable expense for health managers. It concluded that the Health Judicialization favors the population, butit benefits few to the detriment of many, raising debates about the principles of SUS and how to correlate themwith each other, respecting the Law and Health Integrality of the litigant, as well as Equality and Equity in theprovision of services to the population.Keywords: Judicialization of Health; Integrality in Health; Right to Health.
