VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN IN THE RURAL CONTEXT: ANALYSIS OF THE COMMUNITY HEALTH AGENT'S APPROAC

Resumo: | It aims to analyze the approach of Community Health Agents (ACS) from the rural area to the problem of violence against women in the municipality of Iguatu/Ceará. This is a descriptive, exploratory research, with a qualitative approach, the study was carried out in the Family Health Strategies (ESF) of the municipality of Iguatu/Ceará, from August to October 2022. The study sample was given by 24 community health agents from the family health strategies in the rural area of the aforementioned municipality. The collection was carried out through a link, through an electronic questionnaire on Google Forms. The research was developed following the ethical precepts of resolutions 510/2016 and 466/2012, being submitted to the Ethics and Research Committee of the Regional University of Cariri and approved under the opinion number of CAAE: 12205319.3.0000.5055. The most cited types of violence were physical, sexual, moral and psychological violence. When investigating the CHA approach, it was possible to know their diversity, such as: dialogue, bonding, guidelines and the work of the multidisciplinary team. The participants also mentioned the difficulties that permeated this assistance, amongthem, the lack of information to deal with this situation. |

Se trata de una investigación descriptiva, exploratoria, con abordaje cualitativo, el estudio fue realizado en las Estrategias de Salud de la Familia (ESF) del municipio de Iguatu/Ceará, de agosto a octubre de 2022. La muestra del estudio estuvo constituida por 24 agentes comunitarios de salud de las estrategias de salud de la familia en la zona rural del mencionado municipio. La recogida se realizó a través de un enlace, a través de un cuestionario electrónico en Google Forms. La investigación se desarrolló siguiendo los preceptos éticos de las resoluciones 510/2016 y 466/2012, siendo sometida al Comité de Ética e Investigación de la Universidad Regional del Cariri y aprobada bajo el dictamen número del CAAE: 12205319.3.0000.5055. Los tipos de violencia más citados fueron la violencia física, sexual, moral y psicológica. Al indagar en el abordaje de los CHA, fue posible conocer su diversidad, como: el diálogo, la vinculación, las orientaciones y el trabajo del equipo multidisciplinario. Los participantes también mencionaron las dificultades que atravesaron esta asistencia, entre ellas, la falta de información para enfrentar esta situación.Tem o objetivo analisar a abordagem dos Agentes Comunitários de Saúde (ACS) da zona rural frente a problemática de violência contra mulher no município de Iguatu/Ceará. Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva, exploratória, com abordagem qualitativa, o estudo foi realizado nas Estratégias de Saúde da Família (ESF) do município de Iguatu/Ceará, no período de agosto a outubro de 2022. A amostra do estudo se deu por 24 Agentes Comunitários de Saúde das Estratégia Saúde da Família da zona rural do referido município. A coleta foi realizada por intermédio de um link, através de um questionário eletrônico no Google Forms. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida seguindo os preceitos éticos das resoluções 510/2016 e 466/2012, sendo submetida ao Comitê de Ética e Pesquisa da Universidade Regional do Cariri e aprovado sob o parecer nº de CAAE: 12205319.3.0000.5055. Os tipos de violência mais citadas foram a violência física, sexual, moral e psicológica.
