Resumo: Objective: to identify the main technologies and innovations in stomatherapy used in the treatment of diabetic foot wounds. Method: This is an integrative literature review, descriptive in nature, carried out in the databases of Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences and in the Nursing Database, via the Virtual Health Library, as well as in the Scientific Electronic Libray Online journal repository, by crossing the DeCS and the respective MeSH: Diabetic Foot AND Nursing Care AND Bandages AND Technology AND Therapeutic AND Wound Healing. The search and selection of studies was carried out between February and April 2023, in a paired manner. Results: the selected literature, in its scope of 20 studies, points out the diversity of technologies and innovations in stomatherapy used in the treatment of patients with diabetic foot, among which the Essential Fatty Acid, Hydrogel, Papain and Barrier Cream stood out, while in the midst of therapies, Low Intensity Laser Therapy was prevalent. Conclusion: the realization of this study is of great importance, as it offers a synthesis of the main technologies and innovations in stomatherapy, their applicability and the respective effects and benefits in the treatment of diabetic foot wounds. This information can subsidize the nursing practice aimed at this patient profile, assisting in making evidence-based clinical decisions.
