Resumo: | Aborda sobre o instituto da tutela antecipada, sua natureza jurídica, finalidade, requisitos e a legitimidade para requerê-la. Traça a diferença entre tutela antecipada, medida cautelar e julgamento antecipado da lide. Por fim trata sobre execução provisória, a irreversibilidade dos fatos e as hipóteses de cabimento da tutela antecipada sob a visão dos órgãos julgadores. |
