Resumo: Analisa o primeiro julgamento da Comissão Africana sobre os direitos dos povos indígenas e suas reivindicações à terra e aos recursos naturais. Trata especificamente sobre o despejo do governo queniano da comunidade indígena Endorois de sua terra ancestral ao redor do Lago Bogoria, a fim de estabelecer como uma reserva de caça. Defende que as ideologias coloniais da terra e da conservação ainda estão muito presentes e continuam até hoje perpetuando injustiças aos povos indígenas ao custo de agravar ainda mais a transgressão antropocêntrica dos limites naturais do planeta.
