Resumo: Analisa, de uma perspectiva dogmática e jurisprudencial, o crime de bigamia previsto no artigo 217 do Código Penal espanhol. Questiona, a partir de uma avaliação político-criminal, a possível supressão desse tipo de crime no texto legal.
