Resumo: It addresses the main challenges brought by new technologies, the fourth Industrial Revolution and the pandemic COVID-19 with regard to labor relations, teleworking and the preservation of the constitutional principles of human dignity, primacy of work and human work. Based on the normative analysis and the literature, it observes that a more comprehensive forecast of the teleworking phenomenon is required in Brazilian legislation. It uses ILO and Portugal regulations as a comparative reference.

Partindo da análise normativa e da literatura, observa que é necessária uma previsão mais abrangente do fenômeno do teletrabalho na legislação brasileira.
