Foi utilizado como instrumento de coleta de dados, um questionário com 19 itens, que auxiliou na transcrição dos dados observados nos prontuários. Os achados da pesquisa apontam falhas no serviço de pré-natal oferecido às parturientes, pois em sua maioria não são realizadas o número de consultas preconizadas pelo Ministério da Saúde. Observaram-se fatores importantes no perfil das parturientes: em sua maioria solteira sem companheiro fixo, na faixa etária entre 20 anos e 30 anos de idade. Também foi investigado o tratamento oferecido a elas durante a gestação, o acompanhamento e cuidados dedicados aos recém-nascidos. Na análise dos resultados foram vistas falhas referentes ao serviço de saúde prestado. Acredita-se que estas possam ser melhoradas através de ações que visem o aperfeiçoamento dos profissionais de saúde, uma melhor educação em saúde da população, dando uma atenção especial às doenças sexualmente transmissíveis, melhorando a assim assistência especializada a gestantes portadoras de sífilis.One is about a study of quanti-qualitative retrospective Coorte, that had as objective to study the profile of the pregnant women, postpartum women and RNs with in agreement positive serology for syphilis obligatory notification in the Regional Hospital Ceilândia, 2011. It was used as instrument of collection of data, a questionnaire with 19 item, that assisted in the transcription of the data observed in handbooks. The findings of the research point imperfections in the service of prenatal offered the women in labor, therefore in its majority they are not carried through the number of consultations praised for the Health department. Important factors in the profile of the women in labor had been observed: in its single majority without accompanying fixture, in the age group between 20 years and 30 years of age. Also they during the gestation, the dedicated accompaniment and cares to the just-been born ones were investigated the offered treatment. In the analysis of the results referring imperfections to the given service of health had been seen.
