Serão analisadas as grandes conquistas da humanidade na matéria relativa à tutela dos direitos do homem e de sua dignidade, a incorporação pelo direito constitucional pátrio, bem como os avanços e conquistas que a renovação da concepção de valor ao ser humano já alcançaram e os obstáculos e dificuldades de real eficácia das normas que tutelam os direitos humanos.This study aimed to investigate the evolution of the human´s person value, with reference to some great moments in human history, culminating in the treatment offered by the Federal Constitution in the protection of human rights. Based on the great achievements maked in matters of concerning the protection of human rights and dignity, and the incorporation of the constitutional patriotism.
