Para a concretização desse projeto, foram utilizados meios de pesquisa como livros, documentários, séries e filmes referentes ao tema, onde foi feita uma análise acadêmica, sociológica e psicológica acerca das causas e conseqüências da criminalidade e de seus agentes, a fim de compreender a relação crime-sociedade moderna, dentro de uma perspectiva sociológica e analítica. O trabalho se baseou na metodologia qualitativa, tendo em vista o ambiente e os elementos existentes na realidade ora analisada, bem como os fatores causadores e relevantes dentro desta perspectiva. O objetivo geral da pesquisa é a análise das sociedades de alta criminalidade, do ponto de vista sociológico, e seus pontos conflitantes no que tange a relação estado legitimo- sociedade -estado paralelo. O objetivo específico é o aprofundamento do tema violência e criminalidade, suas causas e influencias no processo de evolução social e a busca de respostas a indagações freqüentes, sobre a responsabilidade e comprometimento do Estado e da sociedade na busca de soluções para tal patologia social.The present work brings an analysis of the situation of the Peripheral Societies and the relevance of factors as the violence and organized crime, searching one better understanding of the state performance and the politics of public security. For the concretion of this project, they had been used half of research as referring books, sets of documents, series and films to the subject, where an academic, sociological and psychological analysis was made about of the causes and consequences of crime and its agents, in order to understand the relation modern crime-society, inside of a sociological and analytical perspective. The work it based in the methodology qualitative, in view of the existing environment and elements in the reality however analyzed, as well as the causers and excellent factors inside of this perspective. The general objective of the research is the analysis of the societies of high crime, of the sociological point of view, and its conflicting points in what it refers to the been relation I legitimize society - been parallel.
