Resumo: O Custo Brasil é composto por uma série de fatores econômicos, governamentais e de infraestrutura do Brasil que influenciam o fluxo de Investimento Estrangeiro Direto na economia nacional. A escolha do tema se dá por conta do aumento do fluxo de IED mundial em decorrência dos movimentos de globalização, nesse contexto busca-se analisar o fluxo de IED no Brasil. O presente estudo tem os objetivos de teorizar o IED com o intuito de entender sua entrada em um mercado estrangeiro; e averiguar a influência do Custo Brasil como determinante do fluxo de IED na economia brasileira. Entre o período de 2003 e 2016, diversos acontecimentos influenciaram com mais força tal categoria de investimento. Nesse sentido, objetiva-se analisar o fluxo de IED no Brasil e a influência do Custo Brasil. A pesquisa foi realizada por meio de análise da bibliografia acercado IED e dados pertinentes ao tema. Contata-se por meio deste estudo que o custo Brasil influencia no fluxo de investimento estrangeiro que se instala na economia brasileira.

This paper’s choice of theme is due to the increase in the flow of global FDI in the development of globalization movements, in this context it is sought to analyze the flow of FDI in Brazil. The present study aims to theorize the FDI with the intention of understanding its entry into a foreign market; and to investigate an influence of Brazil Cost as determinant of the flow of FDI in the Brazilian economy. Between 2003 and 2016, several events had a stronger influence on this category of investment. In this sense, the objective is to analyze the flow of FDI in Brazil and an influence of the Brazilian Cost. A research was carried out by means of analysis of the bibliography addressed FDI and data relevant to the theme.
