O histórico das negociações entre os países tem relevância, uma vez que o mesmo ajuda na compreensão dos fatos apresentados que será realizado no estudo, bem como a trajetória e alianças do presidente Evo Morales. A atuação da Petrobras na Bolívia demonstra os fatos ocorridos e confronta com as ações do presidente boliviano durante seu governo, utilizando uma pesquisa teórica com o método indutivo.The crisis between Brazil and Bolivia on natural energy Bolivian resources, initiated by the government of Evo Morales had as the main cause the nationalization of Bolivian hydrocarbons. The history of negotiations between the countries is relevant, since it helps in understanding the facts presented in the study to be conducted, as well as the trajectory and alliances of President Evo Morales.
