Este trabalho tem como escopo analisar e evidenciar os princípios, fundamentos e características do dano moral, demonstrando as peculiaridades deste instituto relativas à pessoa jurídica. Atribuir ou não danos morais a um ente abstrato é tema cercado de questões de vasta indagação, tais como: se as pessoas jurídicas têm direitos da personalidade; se só as pessoas físicas, sujeitas à dor, à angústia, ao sofrimento, é quem podem ser vítima de dano moral, dentre outros temas, que serão amplamente divulgadas ao longo desse trabalho monográfico, tomando por base o entendimento dos Tribunais e das correntes doutrinárias que se posicionam a favor e contra este assunto.The damage is very widespread today's subject. This paper aims to analyze and highlight the principles, fundamentals and characteristics of damage, demonstrating the peculiarities of this institute for the entity.
