Mostly this is due to the indiscriminate use of antibiotics. The search for biomolecules that have antibacterial activity is extreme scientific important in the combating of these infections. In this work cultiveted fungi that cause human diseases such as Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus fumigatus, Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus awamori, end we will seek desired biomolecules that showed activity against human pathogenic bacteria such as Salmonella sp, which causes many infections with food mainly in mayonnaise, Klebsiella pneumoniae, responsible for many cases of hospital infections, Escherichia coli highly associated with urinary tract infections, Staphylococcus aureus, responsible for gastroenteritis, skin infections and even infections in the heart, causing Dysentry Shigella dysenteriae and Proteus vulgaris is a bacterium responsible for opportunistic infections in a wound and urinary tract. Culture was grown in minimal medium with restriction of nutrients, which can induce the expression of latent genes that need outside help to get his expression. Among these there may be some latent genes that encode biomolecules capable of inhibiting the growth of other microorganisms in nutrient scarcity. The cultivation showed the fungus Aspergillus flavus obtained results similar to the control with the antibiotic in inhibiting the bacteria Salmonella sp, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Proteus vulgaris Shigella dysenteriae performed in bioassays. This demonstrates that there is a demand of biomolecules that may have different mechanisms of action by creating alternatives to combat multidrug resistant bacteria.Submitted by Paulo Henrique Vieira dos Santos (paulovs@ucb.br) on 2017-06-05T18:03:25Z No. of bitstreams: 1 ErichWilhelmHartmannTCCGraduação2010.pdf: 616878 bytes, checksum: 0c8389032ed0068a90e8750047ffc31a (MD5)Approved for entry into archive by Sara Ribeiro (sara.ribeiro@ucb.br) on 2017-06-06T13:32:43Z (GMT) No. of bitstreams: 1 ErichWilhelmHartmannTCCGraduação2010.pdf: 616878 bytes, checksum: 0c8389032ed0068a90e8750047ffc31a (MD5)Made available in DSpace on 2017-06-06T13:32:43Z (GMT).
