Neste sentido, demonstra-se importante a análise do fator econômico na sociedade e sua correlação com a efetividade de direitos relativos ao Bem-Estar social. Busca-se respostas que permitam inferir o porquê do descumprimento de legislações que já amparam direitos reconhecidos à sociedade. Pretende-se verificar possíveis reflexos diretos e indiretos do modo de produção capitalista na gestão social do Estado. Como fundamentação do presente trabalho, buscou-se referência nas obras de grandes filósofos e pensadores como HEGEL sobre a forma de organização social; MARX e ENGELS sobre a relação entre economia e sociedade e LYRA FILHO que analisou em tempos modernos as relações de interferência entre a forma de organização estatal e o seu modo de produção. A pesquisa realizada nesta oportunidade encontrou ainda, suporte em diversas áreas do conhecimento humano, tais como a Sociologia e Filosofia, que através de seus exponenciais contribuíram grandemente para as induções e deduções inferidas ao longo do desenvolvimento deste. Ao final, pôde-se ter uma visão ampla dos mecanismos coordenadores do funcionamento do processo social e o grau de pertinência entre economia e a forma como o Estado executa medidas na promoção do bem-estar social.This study aims to investigate the relationship between the form of state organization and welfare state. In this sense, it demonstrates the analysis of important economic factor in society and its correlation with the effectiveness of rights relating to welfare state. Seeks to answer why it can be inferred from the failure of legislation to bolster already recognized rights to society. It is intended to evaluate possible direct and indirect consequences of the capitalist mode of production in the social management of the state. In support of this work, we attempted to reference the works of great philosophers and thinkers such as Hegel on the form of social organization, Marx and Engels on the relationship between economy and society and Lyra Filho examined in modern times that the interference relations between the form of state organization and its mode of production. The survey also found on this opportunity, support in various areas of human knowledge such as sociology and philosophy, which through its exponential contributed greatly to the inductions and deductions inferred over this development.
