Resumo: A situação econômica e política da Argentina está vivendo um período muito complexo, envolvendo dívidas passadas que retraem o crescimento do país e pode coloca-lo uma vez mais em um calote internacional. Para evitar ou reduzir o impacto deste problema a intervenção e atores internacionais e transnacionais se tornou imprescindível. A presidente Cristina Kirchner se despede da política argentina deixando um legado crítico para o seu sucessor. Este trabalho objetiva a interpretação dos fatos ocorridos entre os anos de 2001 a 2014, período o qual tivemos no seu início uma crise deflagrada por um calote internacional nos primeiros anos do século XXI e doze anos depois um novo default. A transição do governo peronista para o Kirchnerismo faz parte da interpretação do caso estudado, por tanto este assunto estará presente ao longo do trabalho desenhando o panorama da Argentina. O estudo busca entender quais os motivos da crise, quem são os atores envolvidos e qual o cenário atual.

To avoid or reduce the impact of this problem the intervention of international and transnational actors has become essential. President Cristina Kirchner bids farewell to Argentine politics leaving a critical legacy for his successor. This work aims to interpret the events that occurred between the years 2001-2014, a period, which we had at the bottom a crisis triggered by an international default in the early years of the twenty-first century, and twelve years later a new default. The transition from the Peronist government to Kirchnerism is part of the interpretation of the case study; therefore this issue will be throughout the work drawing the panorama of Argentina.
