Resumo: I treat the autobiographical documentaries of Agnès Varda made at the age of 70, 80 and 90, as a trilogy of aging composed of The gleaners and I, The beaches of Agnès and Varda by Agnès. They are essayistic forms tied together by the director's voice-over and by means of a camera that X-rays the body, investigating aging textures. Varda elaborates her process also contemplating the notion of trajectory, configuring artistic testaments elaborated in life.
