Resumo: This article aimed to assess the impact of the Aldir Blanc Law (ABL) on cultural and creative economy initiatives in the city of Campo Grande, MS, during the covid-19 pandemic period. For that, it used bibliographic and documentary research focusing on the budgetary dimension of the law up to its actual implementation as an emergency public policy. Besides the budgetary dimension, the article categorizes the initiatives and sectors predominantly supported, as well as the impacts on the different projects chosen through a public call. The results show that the ABL, as an emergency cultural policy, was of fundamental importance in maintaining cultural and creative economy initiatives during the covid-19, particularly in 2020 and 2021.

Para ello, se realizó una investigación bibliográfica y documental centrada en la dimensión presupuestaria de la ley hasta su aplicación efectiva como política pública de emergencia. Además de la dimensión presupuestaria, el artículo categoriza las iniciativas y los sectores predominantemente apoyados, así como los impactos en los diferentes proyectos seleccionados mediante convocatoria pública. Los resultados muestran que el LAB, como política cultural de emergencia, tuvo una importancia fundamental en el mantenimiento de las iniciativas de economía cultural y creativa durante la covid-19, especialmente en los años 2020 y 2021.O presente artigo teve por objetivo avaliar o impacto da Lei Aldir Blanc (LAB) nas iniciativas de cultura e economia criativa da cidade de Campo Grande, MS, durante o período pandêmico da covid-19. Para isso, recorreu-se à pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, focalizando a dimensão orçamentária da lei até a efetiva implementação como política pública emergencial. Além da dimensão orçamentária, o artigo categoriza as iniciativas e os setores predominantemente apoiados, bem como os impactos nos diferentes projetos selecionados por meio de chamamento público.
