Resumo: The Brazilian National Health Service (SUS) has one of its principles the equity, and in 2013, aiming to promote health actions to make it effective, the Ministry of Health (MS) created the Policy for the Promotion of Equity in Health. However, creating this public policy does not guarantee its applicability in the daily life of health care, being necessary to reorganize the work processes through the permanent education of health professionals to face discrimination in each reality and involving the different social actors. This article aims to retrace the trajectory of the Municipal Interinstitutional Working Group (GTI-M) to promote equity in health in the management of Cachoerinha, a municipality located in Rio Grande do Sul. To this end, an experience report was made through the documentary analysis of this trajectory in the period from 2015 to 2019. It was obtained that the GTI-M of Cachoerinha, RS, provided strategic initiatives to promote equity for the lesbians, gays, bisexuals, transvestites and transsexuals (LGBT), black and immigrant population, contributing to the applicability of the policy proposed by the MS.

Sin embargo, la creación de esta política pública no garantiza su aplicabilidad en la rutina diaria del cuidado de la salud, siendo necesario reorganizar los procesos de trabajo a través de la educación permanente de los profesionales de la salud para enfrentar la discriminación en cada realidad e involucrar a los diferentes actores sociales. Este artículo busca rastrear la trayectoria del Grupo de Trabajo Interinstitucional Municipal (GTI-M) para la promoción de la equidad en salud en la gestión de Cachoeirinha, un municipio ubicado en Rio Grande do Sul (RS). Con este fin, se realizó un relato de experiencia mediante análisis documental de esta trayectoria en el período 2015-2019. Se descubrió que el GTI-M de Cachoeirinha, RS, proporcionó iniciativas estratégicas en el proceso de trabajo en los servicios de salud, con el objetivo de promover la equidad para la población de lesbianas, gays, bisexuales, travestis y transexuales (LGBT), negros e inmigrantes, contribuyendo a la aplicabilidad de la política propuesta por el MS.O Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) brasileiro tem como um dos princípios a equidade, sendo que, em 2013, a fim de promover ações em saúde para efetivá-lo, o Ministério da Saúde (MS) criou a Política de Promoção da Equidade em Saúde. Entretanto criar essa política pública não garante sua aplicabilidade no cotidiano da assistência à saúde, sendo necessário reorganizar os processos de trabalho por meio da educação permanente dos profissionais da saúde para o enfrentamento das discriminações em cada realidade e envolvendo os diversos atores sociais. O presente artigo busca retraçar a trajetória do Grupo de Trabalho Interinstitucional Municipal (GTI-M) para a promoção da equidade em saúde na gestão de Cachoeirinha, município localizado no Rio Grande do Sul (RS). Para tanto, um relato de experiência foi feito por meio da análise documental dessa trajetória, no período de 2015 a 2019.
