Analysis of the relationship between the transfers of FPM and ICMS and the Sustainable Municipal Development Index of the municipalities of Santa Catarina

Resumo: The objective is to identify the relationship between the constitutional transfers of the Municipal Participation Fund (FPM) and the Tax on Circulation of Goods and Services (ICMS) in the Sustainable Municipal Development Index (IDMS) of the municipalities of Santa Catarina in 2016. To meet the objectives, a linear regression was used calculated by the Software Statistical Package of Social Science (SPSS). The results show that there is a relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable.

Para atender los objetivos, se utilizó una regresión lineal simple, calculada por el Software Statistical Package of Social Science (SPSS). Los resultados demuestran que hay relación entre las variables independientes y la variable dependiente.O objetivo é identificar a relação entre as transferências constitucionais do Fundo de Participação dos Municípios e do Imposto sobre Circulação de Mercadorias e Serviços no Índice de Desenvolvimento Municipal Sustentável dos municípios de Santa Catarina em 2016.
