Resumo: Searching for the organizations success is a constant goal of any segment, so in order to achieve this goal, it is necessary that the skills of its employees are focused on what the organization aims for. Thus, it is crucial that the competences are understood by each employee, as well as by the human resources area. Several studies work on competencies issues, both individual and organizational skills. In this context, the purpose of this research was to investigate: what is the importance of the individual competences in the Resource Based View (R.B.V.) to work in a Credit Cooperative from the managers and collaborators perspective? The main objective of this case study was to analyze the importance of individual competencies with the Resource Based View (R.B.V) in a Credit Cooperative from the perspective of managers and employees. The research was applied to the Cooperativa de Crédito, Poupança e Investimento Centro Sul - SICREDI Centro Sul PR / SC / RJ, carried out with the managers and employees of the 17 branches which are part of the Cooperative. The theoretical framework presented the concepts of individual competences and Resource Based View (R.B.V.). Fleury and Fleury (2001) and in relation to Resource-Based View, according to Barney (1991). With regard to methodological procedures, this research is characterized as descriptive, with a quantitative and qualitative approach. Data collection for the Qualitative Approach occurred through the creation of a Focal Group, with eight volunteer branch managers, with semi-structured script and field schedule. The Quantitative approach, was performed through questionnaires sent to the collaborators of the seventeen Cooperative's branches. The technique of data analysis used for the Qualitative approach was the content analysis; and for quantitative one, were the statistical analyzes using the software “Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS)”, through the analysis of descriptive statistics, Crombach's Alpha, factorial analysis , correlation between variables and regression. The results in the analysis of the Qualitative content, showed the managers 'perception about competencies and what competences they consider fundamental for the Cooperativa employees' performance. The answers according to the managers for this questioning were that the main ones are: Internal and external relationship, Work Ethics, Transparency, Cooperation and Focus on results. It was also possible to identify that the concept of competence of the Cooperative is in agreement with Fleury and Fleury (2001), when defining competence, as being "competence: recognized responsible action that involves mobilizing, integrating, transferring knowledge, resources and skills, which add economic value to the organization and social value to the individual. " Through the obtained statistical results, it was possible to state that Cooperativa employees recognize the eight Cooperative competences: Teamwork and Cooperation, Relationship, Focus on Result, Flexibility, Technical Knowledge, Leadership (Management Position), Communication and Influence (Management Position), Vision and Strategic (Management Position), which are evaluated, are relevant according to their perception by the grades given in the questionnaires.

El objetivo principal de este estudio de caso fue analizar la importancia de las habilidades individuales con la visión basada en recursos (V.B. R) en una cooperativa de crédito desde la perspectiva de los gerentes y colaboradores. La investigación se aplicó en la cooperativa de crédito, ahorro e inversión centro Sulcentro sagrado sur PR/SC/RJ, celebrado con los directivos y con los empleados de las 17 agencias que forman parte de la cooperativa. La referencia teórica presentó los conceptos de habilidades individuales y de visión basada en recursos (VBR). Fleury y Fleury (2001) y con respecto a la visión basada en los recursos, como Barney (1991). En cuanto a los procedimientos metodológicos, esta investigación se caracteriza por ser descriptiva, con un enfoque cuantitativo y cualitativo. La recopilación de datos para el enfoque cualitativo se produjo a través de la realización de un grupo focal, con ocho directores voluntarios de agencias, con un guión y un diario de campo a medio estructura. Para el enfoque cuantitativo, fue a través de cuestionarios enviados a los empleados de los diecisiete organismos cooperativos. La técnica de analizar los datos utilizados para el abordaje cualitativo fue el análisis de los contenidos y para los cuantitativos, fueron los análisis estadísticos con el uso del paquete de software estadístico para la ciencia social (SPSS), a través del análisis de estadísticas Descriptiva, Crombach alfa, análisis factorial, correlación entre variables y regresión. Los resultados en el análisis del contenido cualitativo, demostraron la percepción de los directivos sobre las competencias y qué destrezas consideran imprescindibles para el desempeño de los colaboradores de la cooperativa. Las respuestas como responsables de este interrogatorio fueron que las principales son: relaciones internas y externas, trabajo en equipo, ética, transparencia, cooperación y enfoque en el resultado. También fue posible identificar que el concepto de competencia de la cooperativa está en consonancia con Fleury y Fleury (2001), definiendo la competencia, como "competencia: un acto responsable, que implica movilización, integración, transferencia Conocimientos, recursos y destrezas, que añaden valor económico a la organización y al valor social al individuo." A través de los resultados estadísticos obtenidos, se pudo deducir que los colaboradores de la cooperativa se dan cuenta de que las ocho habilidades de la cooperativa, el trabajo en equipo y la cooperación, la relación, se centran en el resultado, la flexibilidad, el conocimiento técnico, Liderazgo (posición de gestión), comunicación e influencia (posición de gestión), visión y estrategia (posición de gestión), que se evalúan, son relevantes según su percepción, por las notas dadas en los cuestionarios.A busca pelo sucesso das organizações é um objetivo constante de qualquer segmento, sendo assim, para conseguir chegar a este objetivo, é necessário que as competências de seus colaboradores estejam voltadas para aquilo que a organização almeja. Para tanto é essencial que as competências sejam compreendidas por cada colaborador, assim como pelo setor de gestão de pessoas. Vários estudos trabalham o assunto competências, tanto as competências individuais como as organizacionais. Nesse contexto, a questão de pesquisa foi o de investigar: qual importância das competências individuais na Visão Baseada em Recursos (V.B.R.) para atuação numa Cooperativa de crédito sob a perspectiva dos gestores e colaboradores? O objetivo principal deste estudo de caso foi analisar a importância das competências individuais com a Visão Baseada em Recursos (V.B.R) em uma Cooperativa de Crédito sob a perspectiva dos gestores e colaboradores. A pesquisa foi aplicada na Cooperativa de Crédito, Poupança e Investimento Centro Sul - SICREDI Centro Sul PR/SC/RJ, realizada com os gestores e com os colaboradores das 17 agências que fazem parte da Cooperativa. O referencial teórico apresentou os conceitos de competências individuais e Visão Baseada em Recursos (VBR). Fleury e Fleury (2001) e com relação a Visão baseada em Recursos, conforme Barney (1991). No que se refere aos procedimentos metodológicos, esta pesquisa se caracteriza como descritiva, com abordagem quantitativa e qualitativa. A coleta de dados para a abordagem Qualitativa ocorreu por meio da realização de um Grupo Focal, com oito gestores voluntários de agencias, com roteiro semiestruturado e diário de campo. Para a abordagem Quantitativa, foi através de questionários enviados aos colaboradores das dezessete agencias da Cooperativa. A técnica de análise dos dados utilizada para a abordagem Qualitativa foi análise do conteúdo e para quantitativa, foram as análises estatísticas com a utilização do software Estatística Package for the Social Science (SPSS), através da análise de estatísticas descritivas, Alfa de Crombach, análise fatorial, correlação entre as variáveis e regressão. Os resultados na análise dos conteúdos Qualitativos demonstrou a percepção dos gestores sobre competências e quais competências eles consideram essenciais para o desempenho dos colaboradores da Cooperativa. As respostas conforme os gestores para esse questionamento foi que as principais são: Relacionamento interno e externo, o Trabalho em equipe, Ética, Transparência, Cooperação e Foco no resultado. Também foi possível identificar que o conceito de competência da Cooperativa está em consonância com Fleury e Fleury (2001), ao definir competência, como sendo “competência: um saber agir responsável reconhecido, que implica mobilizar, integrar, transferir conhecimentos, recursos e habilidades, que agreguem valor econômico à organização e valor social ao indivíduo”. description Searching for the organizations success is a constant goal of any segment, so in order to achieve this goal, it is necessary that the skills of its employees are focused on what the organization aims for. Thus, it is crucial that the competences are understood by each employee, as well as by the human resources area. Several studies work on competencies issues, both individual and organizational skills. In this context, the purpose of this research was to investigate: what is the importance of the individual competences in the Resource Based View (R.B.V.) to work in a Credit Cooperative from the managers and collaborators perspective? The main objective of this case study was to analyze the importance of individual competencies with the Resource Based View (R.B.V) in a Credit Cooperative from the perspective of managers and employees. The research was applied to the Cooperativa de Crédito, Poupança e Investimento Centro Sul - SICREDI Centro Sul PR / SC / RJ, carried out with the managers and employees of the 17 branches which are part of the Cooperative. The theoretical framework presented the concepts of individual competences and Resource Based View (R.B.V.). Fleury and Fleury (2001) and in relation to Resource-Based View, according to Barney (1991). With regard to methodological procedures, this research is characterized as descriptive, with a quantitative and qualitative approach. Data collection for the Qualitative Approach occurred through the creation of a Focal Group, with eight volunteer branch managers, with semi-structured script and field schedule. The Quantitative approach, was performed through questionnaires sent to the collaborators of the seventeen Cooperative's branches. The technique of data analysis used for the Qualitative approach was the content analysis; and for quantitative one, were the statistical analyzes using the software “Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS)”, through the analysis of descriptive statistics, Crombach's Alpha, factorial analysis , correlation between variables and regression. The results in the analysis of the Qualitative content, showed the managers 'perception about competencies and what competences they consider fundamental for the Cooperativa employees' performance. The answers according to the managers for this questioning were that the main ones are: Internal and external relationship, Work Ethics, Transparency, Cooperation and Focus on results. It was also possible to identify that the concept of competence of the Cooperative is in agreement with Fleury and Fleury (2001), when defining competence, as being "competence: recognized responsible action that involves mobilizing, integrating, transferring knowledge, resources and skills, which add economic value to the organization and social value to the individual. " Through the obtained statistical results, it was possible to state that Cooperativa employees recognize the eight Cooperative competences: Teamwork and Cooperation, Relationship, Focus on Result, Flexibility, Technical Knowledge, Leadership (Management Position), Communication and Influence (Management Position), Vision and Strategic (Management Position), which are evaluated, are relevant according to their perception by the grades given in the questionnaires.
