PEDAGOGIA DO ÓBVIO: UMA ANÁLISE CHOMSKYANA PARA A EDUCAÇÃO

Resumo: The objective of this dissertation is to present some Chomsky’s anarchist analysis about education with the intention to think over the contradictory in Brazilian education where the main category is the obvious in Noam Chomsky’s work. For this purpose it is necessary to express how the Chomsky’s thought matches the anarchist movement through researches about some anarchist theoreticians and also the presentation that their theoretical constructions consider the current historical period, the state capitalism. Thus, education becomes a dominant ideology simulacrum where the specific theme of this work is to demonstrate the influence of this ideology in Brazilian education, to present some author’s critics and possibilities when anarchist bias is adopted. The character of this research is bibliographic, theoretical and documental and Chomsky’s thirteen works were utilized. The principal of them are: “Notas sobre o Anarquismo (2011) ”, “La (des)educación (2010) ”, “Problemas do Conhecimento e Liberdade (2008) ”, “Governo no Futuro (2007) ” and “O Lucro ou as Pessoas (1999) ”. Methodology was the presentation of contradictory aspects of the reality, in other words, every natural or social force has a direct correspondence with its contrary like the charges of a battery. So the obvious is associated to a method of research based on the purpose presented by Proudhon according to Chomsky’s descriptions in his analysis. Chomsky presents the current public education as having a basic objective: the pacification of the instincts, like a containment of flock, developed by an intense process of a general agreement construction. Chomsky (2006) speaks about two forms this project of general agreement construction is developed: one is the manipulation of opinions whose responsibility is of media, news, schools, universities and upper classes, another is the manipulation of habits and manners that occurs in middle of population which one is persuaded by marketing and publicity enterprises based on the wide industry of public relations. The contrary would be an education based on libertarian socialism, a joint of anarchist and socialist principles where the objective is education for liberty. The presentation of the critics around this state business model of education is anteceded by possible alternatives to do it: first, presenting what the education is in Chomsky work and to Chomsky. After, the fight to widen the cage that, for him, it means the small changes into this current model. The State that controls is the same that offers the possibility of liberty where the objective is to widen the cages until the moment that there are no more grilles to limit the individual’s liberty and Brazil about influences of foreign capital to privatization of public education through the model very popular in the EUA from Charter schools.

Para tanto se torna necessário demonstrar de que forma o pensamento de Chomsky se alinha ao movimento anarquista, passando em revista alguns teóricos do anarquismo, demonstrando que seu constructo teórico anarquista leva em consideração o período histórico atual, capitalismo de estado, e desta forma a educação acaba por se tornar um simulacro das ideologias dominantes, sendo o mote específico deste trabalho demonstrar a influência desta ideologia na educação brasileira e apresentar as críticas do autor e possíveis caminhos adotando o viés anarquista. Pesquisa de caráter bibliográfico teórico, esta pesquisa documental utilizará treze obras de Chomsky, sendo as principais: “Notas Sobre o Anarquismo (2011) ”, “La (des)educación (2010) ”, “Problemas do conhecimento e Liberdade (2008) ”, “Governo no Futuro (2007) ” e “O lucro ou as pessoas (1999) ”. A metodologia empreendida, em sua confecção parte de uma apresentação dos aspectos antinômicos da realidade, ou seja, toda força natural ou social possui correspondência direta com o seu contrário de maneira análoga às cargas de uma pilha ou bateria, sendo assim o óbvio, conforme Chomsky descreve suas análises, se coaduna como método de pesquisa seguindo a proposta apresentada por Proudhon. Desta forma Chomsky apresenta a educação pública atual como possuidora de um objetivo básico, a pacificação dos instintos por meio de um amansamento do rebanho levado a cabo por um intenso processo de fabricação de consenso. Chomsky (2006, p. 226) estabelece duas frentes na qual tal projeto, a fabricação do consenso, é realizada: um primeiro que consiste na manipulação da opinião, cuja responsabilidade é da mídia, dos jornais, das escolas, universidades e classes educadas e a segunda, a tarefa de manipulação de hábitos e atitudes, que ocorre no seio da população, convencida pelas empresas de publicidade e propaganda, apoiada na enorme indústria de relações públicas. Seu contrário seria uma educação pautada no socialismo libertário, uma junção de preceitos anarquistas e socialistas visando uma educação voltada para a liberdade. A apresentação da crítica a este modelo empresarial-estatal de educação vem precedida de possíveis alternativas para que tal feito seja realizado: primeiramente com a apresentação do que seria uma educação em Chomsky e para Chomsky e em uma segunda instância a luta por alargar a jaula que em seu modo de ver seriam pequenas conquistas dentro do atual modelo, pois o mesmo Estado que oprime é o que oferece a possibilidade de libertação, com o intuito de alargar as jaulas até o não haver mais grades que tolham a liberdade do indivíduo.
