Resumo: Since the world is world crimes of passion always had occured, but not really, stop shocking the subjects. This kind of crime draws the attention and makes the subjects be affected and summoned to interpret and express their opinions about the news that are seen and read. This occurs both by the way they were committed, and also by who are their authors and victims, and the reasons that led it to as well. What had changed then, it is just the way we become aware about the crimes. Therefore, if before we were noticed within some days later, nowadays these news arrive almost instantly and with great details. Among these crimes, that in this text we call crimes of passion, some of them just become numbers in the obituaries and soon are forgotten/erased. However there are those changed into media spectacles. In this work, the discourses about the crime that was popularly known as Yoki case concerns us, that its distinguishes itself from the others because who kills is the woman. Our objective is to investigate how the woman who kills was pronouced by different digital newspapers and what memories resound in this news about the love, the jealousy and the infidelity that moves subjects to commit crimes called passion with a view that were intended to restore the injured party honor. We also intend to verify what discursive information interlocks themselves in the process of production of sense from the jounalistic discourse, and the news spectacularization as well. For this, we cut four reports that circled in the digital newpaper O Globo and O Estado de São Paulo, that took part of the hegemonic media of the country. The two first circled later the death of Marcos Matsunaga and the other two during the judgement of the defendant confessed. These work will be conducted by the light of the Discourse Analysis proposed by Michael Pêcheux and widespread by Eni Orlandi and other researchers. At the end of this analyses, we concluded that from all repeating the news, it is spectecularized and the subjects, the victim and the assassin are given in the place of “the great victim” and “the terrible assassin” in the words of Mouillaud (2002). In the corpus indented for analysis, Elize is pronouced as wife, woman, Bachelor of law and nursing technician, while Marcos is the successful and young businessman, the heir of Yoki, what reinforces the sense that the woman always takes a less prestigious place than the man and, from all repeating, these senses end up placing more and more in our social formation. On the strand of the journalistic discourse the discourses interlocks from other places, in special, in the area of the law, therefore the journalist, trying to keep its alleged impartiality typical of the jounalistic discourse gives voice to the prosecutor, to the defense lawyers and to the own accused.

On the strand of the journalistic discourse the discourses interlocks from other places, in special, in the area of the law, therefore the journalist, trying to keep its alleged impartiality typical of the jounalistic discourse gives voice to the prosecutor, to the defense lawyers and to the own accused. Submitted by Fabiano Jucá (fjuca@unicentro.br) on 2019-10-02T11:48:14Z No. of bitstreams: 1 MARCIA NOVAK DE CAMPOS FIGURA.pdf: 2580477 bytes, checksum: f9e98470e115eea4e8d896bda53c639e (MD5)Made available in DSpace on 2019-10-02T11:48:14Z (GMT).
