Resumo: The present article searchs to reflect with the social workers and with the brazilian world social philosophical about the importance of the understanding of the historical process that defined the actual presence and the consequential interference in the sovereignty of Brasil activated for the Catholic Church through your action over the brazilian polictical and educational administration.
