Resumo: This article aims to analyse the neoliberal and conservative ideologies in their relations with capitalists power on an international and national scale as well as their social impacts. The methodology used is based on theoretical-bibliographic research. The results revels that exists an increasing States capital power and the withdrawal of social and labour rights manifests itself as a response by capital to its cyclical crises, increasing social inequalities and failing in its promise to restore economic growth.

A metodologia utilizada é a pesquisa teórico-bibliográfica.
