Considerations on State in contemporaneity and its influences in the southeast of Pará / Brazil

This work reflects on the current social relations linked to the movement in the link between State, capital and labor from the reality of Carajás, southeast of Pará / Brazil. It begins with the contributions of Marx and Marxist critique of the State, revealing it as social construction, as well as the contradictions that permeate it. Followed by a discussion of its reconfiguration in order to meet the requirements of capital increase in the present day; and that, therefore, requires ever larger scales in the levels of exploitation over labor. The considerations of this exercise suggest the importance of thinking of the State as the creator of conflicts, absent from neutrality, conducted according to the course of the tensions between classes, and, especially, as social construction. Therefore, reflecting on state, capital and labor is an open invitation to dare to transform this society.
