Possibilities of new studies in calculus, analysis and Linear Algebra based off a mapping of investigations of GT04

Resumo: What perspectives for new investigations on Differential and Integral Calculus, Mathematical Analysis and Linear Algebra stem from a mapping of the main productions referring to these themes held by the Work Group of Mathematical Education in Higher Education - GT04 - of the Brazilian Society of Mathematical Education? The clarification of gaps and consequently, possibilities of new paths to be trodden in future studies by members of the GT is the focal point of this paper, aimed at minimizing unnecessary repetitions related to approaches of investigations as to enable a qualitative leap in the productions of the GT. We analyzed eighty-five studies related to the aforementioned subjects. Regarding the Mathematical concepts explored, we noticed, in the three subjects, the need of studies focusing on non-elementary contents. Studies whose subjects are teachers of Calculus or of Analysis, as well as reflections establishing dialogues between these two areas of Mathematics point to ways, which have been insufficiently explored by the members of the GT. Specifically regarding Linear Algebra, we point out as perspectives studies related to graduation, service programs, distance education, the use of Digital Technologies of Communication and Information and also the analyses of current textbooks.

A explicitação de lacunas e, consequentemente, possibilidades de novos caminhos a serem trilhados nas pesquisas futuras por membros do GT é o foco do presente artigo, tendo como objetivo minimizar repetições desnecessárias relativas a enfoques de investigações de forma a possibilitar um salto qualitativo nas produções do GT. Analisamos oitenta e cinco pesquisas referentes aos tópicos anteriormente mencionados. Em relação aos conceitos matemáticos explorados, notamos nos três temas a necessidade de estudos tendo como foco conteúdos que não aqueles mais elementares. Pesquisas cujos sujeitos são professores de Cálculo ou de Análise, bem como reflexões estabelecendo diálogos entre essas duas áreas da Matemática, evidenciam-se como caminhos ainda pouco explorados pelos integrantes do GT.
