The use of applets in Geogebra to the learning of Trigonometry in High School

Resumo: This article presents a research conducted in a public school in Marechal Deodoro/AL with students from High School, whose main objective was to investigate the difficulties and the learning effects produced by the application of a particular teaching sequence on fundamental concepts of trigonometry. The activities of this sequence include eight  Applets (applets) in the software GeoGebra along with eight elaborate investigative activities having as methodological references to Reprentação Records Theory of Semiotics of Duval, the Theory of didactic situations Bousseau and Didactic Engineering Artigue. The results, after the activities analysis, demonstrate that Applets are a didactic tool that makes the classes more dynamic, motivating the students and favoring the conjectures of proprieties ands and trigonometric relations. Based on the results obtained during the development, application and analysis of the didactic sequence, it was created a blog that can be used by teachers and students from High School in the approach to trigonometry.

Tendo como objetivo principal a criação, a execução e a análise de uma sequência didática de caráter interativo e dinâmico que propicie a aprendizagem dos conceitos fundamentais da trigonometria no ensino médio. As atividades da sequência criada incluem oito Applets (mini-aplicação) no software GeoGebra juntamente com oito atividades investigativas. Os resultados, após a análise das atividades, apontam que os Applets são um recurso didático que tornam as aulas mais dinâmicas, motivando os estudantes e favorecendo a construção de conjecturas, de propriedades e de relações trigonométricas. A partir dos resultados obtidos no desenvolvimento, na aplicação e na análise da sequência didática, foi criado um blog que pode ser utilizado pelos professores e alunos do ensino médio na abordagem da trigonometria.
