The teaching of Cytopathology in the university context: a look at academic production / publication and its employability as a practical action of education

Resumo: How to promote the teaching of Cytopathology, in a structured and dynamic way that, in fact, can corroborate with the training of professionals in the health area? We can categorically claim that, the teacher when you act through the dynamization and effectivity of the methodology, specifically towards the laboratorial technics, ratifies a job where the results are clearly positive. With dynamization views, the aim of this article is to identify cytopathology techniques that are tendencies in academic productions and, in the possession of these, establish a relation on the possibility of using these techniques in the practical classes of the discipline of Cytopathology. The method used to map these productions was that of Content Analysis and, for that, we named them Thematic Focuses: The quantity of works and their annual production; The classification of the works in their areas; The HEI of the origin of the research; Thematic focus in which the work / research was applied; The objectives / pretensions of the works; Cytopathology Techniques; Cytopathology Technique and its relation with the teaching area. The results reveal that it is a trend in publications to those referring to Uterine Cervical Cancer, but that this is not the only employability of cytopathology. Therefore, we affirm from the results that the teaching of cytopathology should be based on objectives that are beyond theory, but  rather that it enhances and intensifies as much as possible the construction of the practical skills that lead to the diagnosis.

Podemos categoricamente afirmar que, o docente quando age por meio da dinamização e efetividade de sua metodologia, mais especificamente para com as técnicas laboratoriais, ratifica um trabalho em que os resultados serão claramente positivos. Com vistas a esta dinamização o referido artigo tem o objetivo de identificar as técnicas de Citopatologia que são tendências nas produções acadêmicas e, de posse destas estabelecer relação sobre a possibilidade de emprego destas técnicas nas aulas práticas da disciplina de Citopatologia. O método empregado para mapear essas produções foi o da Análise de Conteúdo e, para tanto, elencamos como Focos temáticos: A quantidade de trabalhos e sua produção anual; A classificação dos trabalhos em suas áreas; Os IES de origem das pesquisas; O Foco temático em que os trabalhos/pesquisas foram aplicados; Os objetivos/pretensões dos trabalhos; Técnicas da Citopatologia; Técnica da Citopatologia e sua relação com a área de ensino. Os resultados revelam que é uma tendência nas publicações àquelas que se referem ao Câncer de Colo de Útero, mas que, esta não é a única empregabilidade da citopatologia.
