Resumo: Performativity, based on the materiality of the scene, intends to pierce the face of the so-called “theatrical” and promulgates an escape from the sign, from the semantics, from fiction; but in this search, wouldn't you restore theatricality and representation in other possibilities? In the search for the oscillation and unmasking of representation as a semblance, wouldn't the performative as materiality of the scene generate another representation, another semblance in sensation and perception, but always a representation of an unrepresentable infinite in its entirety? This communication seeks to problematize these questions from the affirmation of the impossibility of the absence of representation in the materiality of the performance and for that, it problematizes the concept of materiality and the real in the contemporary scene.

En la búsqueda de la oscilación y desenmascaramiento de la representación como semblante, ¿no generaría lo performativo como materialidad de la escena otra representación, otra semblanza en la sensación y la percepción, pero siempre una representación de un infinito irrepresentable en su totalidad? Esta comunicación busca problematizar estas cuestiones a partir de la afirmación de la imposibilidad de la ausencia de representación en la materialidad de la performance y para ello problematiza el concepto mismo de materialidad y lo real en la escena contemporánea.A performatividade, a partir da materialidade da cena, tem a pretensão para furar o semblante do dito “teatral” e promulga uma fuga do signo, do semântico, da ficção; mas nessa busca não restauraria a teatralidade e a representação em possibilidades outras? Na busca da oscilação e do desmascaramento da representação enquanto semblante, o performativo enquanto materialidade da cena não geraria outra representação, outro semblante na sensação e na percepção, mas sempre uma representação de um infinito irrepresentável em sua totalidade?
