Resumo: The text positions Pajubá, a sociolect of Latin American trans resistance, within the framework of processes of cognitive recognition and epistemic justice. Taking into account the work carried out by the Research Group 'Performance Pedagogy: visualities of the scene and critical technologies of the body” (CNPq/UFSB) in order to inventory Pajubá, we analyzed how UNESCO's precepts and processes for the preservation of intangible heritage apply in this case. Using the notions of testimonial injustice and hermeneutic injustice as key (Fricker, 2023), we evaluate the anti-colonial dimensions of Pajubá as a language formation, viewing it in a journey of aesthetic justice.

Teniendo en cuenta el trabajo realizado por el Grupo de Investigación 'Pedagogía de la Performance: visualidades de la escena y tecnologías críticas del cuerpo' (CNPq/UFSB) con el fin de inventariar Pajubá, analizamos cómo los preceptos y procesos de la UNESCO para la preservación del patrimonio inmaterial aplicar en este caso. Utilizando como clave las nociones de injusticia testimonial e injusticia hermenéutica (Fricker, 2023), evaluamos las dimensiones anticoloniales del Pajubá como formación de lenguaje, viéndolo en un viaje de justicia estética.O texto posiciona o Pajubá, socioleto de resistência trans latino-americana, no marco dos processos de reconhecimento cognitivo e justiça epistêmica. Tendo em vista os trabalhos conduzidos pelo Grupo de Pesquisa ‘Pedagogia da Performance: visualidades da cena e tecnologias críticas do corpo” (CNPq/UFSB) no sentido de inventariar o Pajubá, analisamos como os preceitos e processos da UNESCO para a preservação do patrimônio imaterial se aplicam neste caso.
