A last decade bibliometric study on the Web of Science: research involving remanufacturing and general systems theory

Resumo: In view of the depletion of natural resources and the pollution of the environment, discussion about current consumption patterns and the way in which institutions have been developing their activities was stimulated. One of the proposals is to think aboutthe reuse of products that have already been created, for this, manufacturing emerges as a process that brings environmental and economic advantages. Therefore, this article aims to investigate the proposed studies on remanufacturing and general systems theory, as we live with different systems in our daily lives, in the last ten years in the Web Of Science. For this, it adopted a bibliometric analysis. The analysis of publications in the Web of Science database resulted in 2212 articles and it was found that the number of studies on the subject in the period between 2011 and 2020 has been increasing gradually. As for the number of articles by country, the United States leads the ranking of publications, followed by China. Among the types of productions, the article format is the most chosen among researchers.

Una de las propuestas es pensar en la reutilización de productos que ya han sido creados, para ello, la fabricación surge como un proceso que trae ventajas ambientales y económicas. Por lo tanto, este artículo tiene como objetivo investigar los estudios propuestos sobre remanufactura y teoría general de sistemas, ya que convivimos con diferentes sistemas en nuestra vida diaria, en los últimos diez años en la Web Of Science. Para ello, realizó un análisis bibliométrico. El análisis de las publicaciones en la base de datos Web of Science resultó en 2212 artículos y se constató que la cantidad de estudios acerca de la temática en el período comprendido entre 2011 y 2020 ha aumentando gradualmente. En cuanto al número de artículos por países, Estados Unidos lidera el ranking de publicaciones, seguido de China. Entre los tipos de producciones, el formato de artículo es el más elegido entre los investigadores.Diante do esgotamento dos recursos naturais e a poluição do meio ambiente estimulou-se a discussão sobre os atuais padrões de consumo e o modo como as instituições vêm desenvolvendo suas atividades. Uma das propostas é pensar no reaproveitamento de produtos já criados, para isso, a manufatura surge como um processo que traz vantagens ambientais e econômicas. Sendo assim, este artigo tem como objetivo investigar os estudos propostos sobre remanufatura e teoria geral dos sistemas, já que convivemos com diferentes sistemas no nosso cotidiano, nos últimos dez anos na Web Of Science. Para isso, adotou uma análise bibliométrica. A análise das publicações na base de dados Web of Science, resultou em 2212 artigos e constatou-se que a quantidade de estudos acerca da temática no período compreendido entre 2011 e 2020 vêm aumentando gradativamente. Quanto ao número de artigos por países, os Estados Unidos lideram o ranking de publicações, seguidos da China.
