Resumo: This visual essay presents a sequence of images that make up the narrative of a video in which I set out to draw 56 lines with my right hand and 56 lines with my left hand on two pieces of paper, using black oil chalk. This work was part of a solo exhibition in 2021 called Drawing Exercises, in which I sought to present questions of process that reveal how the artist produces his work, as well as situating the work in a blur between process and final work, between drawing and writing. The essay aims to present, both in image and text, these questions about the final work and the process, and their intrinsic and almost tautological relationship, as the author Pamela Lee defines it in reference to drawing.

Ce travail faisait partie d'une exposition individuelle en 2021 intitulée Exercices de dessin, dans laquelle j'ai cherché à présenter des questions de processus qui révèlent comment l'artiste produit son travail, ainsi qu'à situer le travail dans un flou entre le processus et l'œuvre finale, entre dessin et écriture.. L'essai vise à présenter, à la fois en image et en texte, ces questions sur l'œuvre finale et le processus, et leur relation intrinsèque et presque tautologique, telle que l'auteur Pamela Lee la définit en référence au dessin.Este ensaio visual apresenta uma sequência de imagens que compõe a narrativa de um vídeo em que me proponho a desenhar 56 linhas com a mão direita e 56 linhas com a mão esquerda em dois papéis, com um giz oleoso preto. Este trabalho fez parte de uma exposição individual em 2021 que se chamou exercícios de desenho, em que eu busquei apresentar questões do processo que revelam como o artista produz sua obra, além de situar o trabalho em uma indefinição entre processo e obra final, entre desenho e escrita.
