Resumo: | The text reports the course of research based on the arts, part of a case study carried out in the city of Bragança, in Portugal. The proposal aims to capture and (re)interpret graphically, from drawings in loco, windows perceived in the streets of the historic area, which aroused visual interest and affection in the process of observation and fruition in daily walks. In the fall of 2021, more than 40 sketchs of the most varied window styles were carried out, with an emphasis on antithetical issues such as the back and forth space, inside and outside, preservation and neglect, public and private, belonging and abandonment. The window, which symbolically represents the eye of dwellings, transits between the concrete and the imaginary, between the popular and the particular, far beyond its constructive function. |

La propuesta pretende captar y (re)interpretar gráficamente, a partir de dibujos in loco, ventanas percibidas en las calles del casco histórico, que despertaron interés visual y afecto en el proceso de observación y fruición en los paseos cotidianos. En otoño de 2021 se realizaron más de 40 bocetos de los más variados estilos de ventanas, con énfasis en temas antitéticos como el espacio de ida y vuelta, adentro y afuera, conservación y desamparo, público y privado, pertenencia y abandono. La ventana, que representa simbólicamente el ojo de las viviendas, transita entre lo concreto y lo imaginario, entre lo popular y lo particular, mucho más allá de su función constructiva.O texto relata o percurso de investigação baseada nas artes, que parte de um estudo de caso realizado na cidade de Bragança, em Portugal. A proposta pretende captar e (re)interpretar graficamente, através de desenhos in loco, janelas percebidas nas ruas da zona histórica, as quais despertaram interesse visual e afeto no processo de observação e fruição em caminhadas cotidianas. Foram realizados, no outono de 2021, mais de 40 desenhos dos mais variados estilos de janelas, com ênfase em questões antitéticas como espaço de ida e volta, dentro e fora, preservação e descaso, público e privado, pertencimento e abandono.
