Resumo: This research intends to verify the accomplishment of the public politics by the Sanitary Service handled to the accomplishment of the publ ic’s politics of the principals of the development of the “Sistema Único de Saúde” (SUS). Our main objective is to evaluate the Sanitary Service’s work based on the regulated services, especially the situation of these services, the accomplishment of the Sanitary rules, and the perception of the patients about the treatment and the importance of this knowledge to increase the safety of the treatments and to decrease the risks to which they may be exposed.
