Resumo: In the beginning of the 21st century, the territorialized industrial agglomerations faced countless changes consubstantiated by the productive restructuring process, which expand the reach and interactions of the spatial circuits of production. The objective of this paper is to understand these new articulations in the Localized Industrial System of footwear in Franca (SP). The weak cooperative relationships established between companies and local agents, in line with the effects of restructuring, reconfigured traditional productive forms, resulting in the emergence of a network territory for the footwear industry. The article seeks to interpret it based on the greater dispersion of spatial interactions, the precariousness of work and the reticular industrial production.

El objetivo de este trabajo es comprender estas nuevas articulaciones en el Sistema Industrial Localizado de calzado en Franca (SP). Las débiles relaciones de cooperación que se establecieron entre empresas y agentes locales, en línea con los efectos de la reestructuración, reconfiguraron las formas productivas tradicionales, dando como resultado el surgimiento de un territorio en red para la industria del calzado. El artículo busca interpretarlo a partir de la mayor dispersión de interacciones espaciales, la precariedad del trabajo y la producción industrial reticular.No início do século XXI as aglomerações industriais territorializadas enfrentaram inúmeras alterações consubstanciadas pelo processo de reestruturação produtiva, que ampliam o alcance e as interações dos circuitos espaciais de produção. O objetivo deste trabalho é compreender essas novas articulações no Sistema Industrial Localizado de calçados de Franca (SP). As fracas relações cooperativas estabelecidas entre as empresas e os agentes locais, em consonância com os efeitos da reestruturação, reconfiguraram as formas produtivas tradicionais, resultando no aparecimento de um território-rede da indústria de calçado.
