Configuração territorial e indústria de derivados de trigo: articulações e fluxos da Empresa M. Dias Branco a partir do Ceará

Resumo: | In this text, we intend to understand the territorial configuration of the industrial company M. Dias Branco S.A. through its work in the territory, via the articulation between agents and as inducer of the generation of networks, flows and diverse territorial dynamics. In order to achieve the desired understanding, the following procedures were used: bibliographic survey and readings; documentary and journalistic survey; survey and organization of database; interpretation of the database and generation of products such as tables, tables and cartograms. M. Dias Branco is linked to the institutions that have an important capacity of articulation of agents and associations at national, and even international level. The company's leading role is accentuated, as it is considered a leader in the national market for biscuits and pasta. In addition to operating throughout Brazil, from its production units and its Distribution Centers, M. Dias Branco also allows the perception of a new command logic that "escapes" from the great management centers of the country, since the company's decision center is located in Ceará, a state far from the topological point of view, of the states with the highest concentrations of agents in the wheat derivatives food industry - final consumption, but which presents itself as an important locus in relation to the standardization, management and industrial production of the respective sector. Therefore, from these impressions, there is a complexification with respect to the territorial division of the work of the industry in scope, no longer seen merely as an archaic sector, but with complex spatial dynamics and interactions, such as those observed from the company M. Dias Branco SA. |

Dias Branco SA. Dans ce texte, nous pouvons comprendre la configuration territoriale de la société industrielle M. Dias Branco S.A. à travers son travail sur le territoire, à travers l’articulation entre agents et en tant qu’inducteur de la génération de réseaux, de flux et de diverses dynamiques territoriales. Afin de parvenir à la compréhension souhaitée, les procédures suivantes ont été utilisées: étude bibliographique et lecture; enquête documentaire et journalistique; étude et organisation de la base de données; interprétation de la base de données et génération de produits tels que tableaux, tableaux et cartogrammes. M. Dias Branco est lié aux institutions qui ont une capacité importante d'articulation d'agents et d'associations au niveau national, voire international. Le rôle de premier plan de la société est accentué car elle est considérée comme un leader sur le marché national des biscuits et des pâtes. En plus d’exercer ses activités dans tout le Brésil, à partir de ses unités de production et de ses centres de distribution, M. Dias Branco permet également de percevoir une nouvelle logique de commandement qui "s’échappe" des grands centres de gestion du pays, puisque le centre de décision de la société est situé à Ceará, un État éloigné du point de vue topologique, dans lequel se trouvent les plus fortes concentrations d'agents dans l'industrie alimentaire des dérivés du blé - consommation finale, mais qui se présente comme un lieu important en ce qui concerne la normalisation, la gestion et la production industrielle du secteur respectif. Par conséquent, à partir de ces impressions, il existe une complexification par rapport à la division territoriale du travail de l’industrie, qui n’est plus simplement considérée comme un secteur archaïque, mais qui présente une dynamique spatiale et des interactions complexes, telles que celles observées dans l’entreprise. M. Dias Branco SA.Neste texto, pretende-se compreender a configuração territorial da empresa industrial M. Dias Branco S.A. por meio de sua atuação no território, via a articulação entre agentes e como indutora da geração redes, fluxos e dinâmicas territoriais diversas. A fim de alcançar a compreensão almejada, utilizou-se como procedimentos: levantamento bibliográfico e leituras; levantamento documental e jornalístico; levantamento e organização de banco de dados; interpretação do banco de dados e geração de produtos como tabelas, quadros e cartogramas. A M. Dias Branco está vinculada às instituições que detêm uma importante capacidade de articulação de agentes e associações a nível nacional, e até mesmo internacional. O papel de relevo da empresa se acentua, pois ela é considerada líder no mercado nacional de biscoitos e massas alimentícias. Além de atuar em todo o Brasil, a partir de suas unidades de produção e de seus Centros de Distribuição, a M. Dias Branco possibilita também a percepção de uma nova lógica de comando que “escapa” dos grandes centros de gestão do país, já que o centro de decisão da empresa, encontra-se instalado no Ceará, um estado distante, do ponto de vista topológico, dos estados com maiores concentrações de agentes da indústria de alimentos de derivados de trigo – consumo final, mas que se apresenta enquanto importante lócus no que concerne à normatização, gestão e produção industrial do respectivo setor. Portanto, a partir dessas impressões, verifica-se uma complexificação no que concerne à divisão territorial do trabalho da indústria em escopo, já não observada meramente como um setor arcaico, mas dotada de dinâmicas e interações espaciais complexas, como as observadas a partir da empresa M.
