Resumo: For a group in the Tutoring Education Program (PET) to be successful in the activities performed, it is of fundamental importance that all PETians are aligned with the program's values. Thus, the “Training of the Approved in the Selection Process” is a teaching activity developed by PET Civil at the Federal University of Ceará that aims to assist and guide the new members. The training, carried out through a meeting and, generally, mediated by the oldest PETians in the group, contemplates fundamental themes for the newcomer to understand the scope of PET at the national level and acquire more detailed knowledge of the activities developed during the semester and the year. Thus, it was noticed that, over time, this activity has contributed to broaden the new member's view of the Program and to strengthen the entire group, also serving as a way for PETians to repay all knowledge acquired in PET.

Assim, o “Treinamento dos Aprovados no Processo Seletivo” é uma atividade de ensino desenvolvida pelo PET Civil da Universidade Federal do Ceará (UFC) que objetiva auxiliar e orientar os novos membros. O treinamento, realizado mediante uma reunião e, geralmente, mediado por PETianos mais antigos do grupo, contempla temas fundamentais para que o recém-ingresso entenda a abrangência do PET no âmbito nacional e adquira conhecimentos mais detalhados das atividades desenvolvidas ao longo do semestre e do ano.
