Positive discipline and its contributions to the practice of early childhood education teachers

Resumo: This research proposal, which has as its theme Positive Discipline and its contributions to the practice of early childhood education teachers, intends to discuss Positive Discipline and its contributions to the socio-emotional and affective development of the child, trying to show that it can be a tool of education and discipline within the reference rooms, based on affection, respect and dialogue. Considering this problem, the research problem is outlined as follows: what are the benefits of an empathic education, with affection and free dialogue of traditional education based on fear and authority, between teacher and student? Thus, the research aims to encourage awareness of the benefits of an education with respect between the teacher and the child. The reasoning will be through theoretical basis, carried out from a bibliographic review of renowned works, such as the works of authors such as Albuquerque (2022), Aragão (2022), who will try to explain how PD can be positive in early childhood education, bringing mutual benefits between the teacher, the child and the families. The expectation is that this research can contribute to a more empathic relationship between the teacher and the child, favoring interpersonal relationships and contributing to the childs development in its entirety.

Considerando essa problemática, o problema de pesquisa está assim delineado: quais os benefícios de uma educação empática, com afeto e diálogo livre da educação tradicional pautada no medo e autoridade, entre o professor e aluno? Assim, a pesquisa objetiva-se incentivar a conscientização sobre os benefícios de uma educação com respeito entre o professor e a criança. A fundamentação será por meio de embasamento teórico, realizado a partir de revisão bibliográfica de obras conceituadas, como as obras de autores como Albuquerque (2022), Aragão (2022), que vai tratar de explicar como a DP pode ser positiva na educação infantil, trazendo benefícios mútuos entre o professor, a criança e as famílias.
