Solidarity Letters Project: cooperative experience for the Future Pedagogue

Resumo: Current educational practices still reveal a traditional concept of teaching, in which the teacher is the transmitter of knowledge, and in which students are encouraged to individualism and competition. Thus, the future educator needs to know alternatives concerned with integral training. In this sense, the Johnson’s brothers (1998) contribute with their studies on Cooperative Learning (AC). Thus, this summary aims to present the experience with the CA in the Letras Solidárias Project, as a fellow in the Project and a Pedagogy student at the Federal University of Ceará, in addition, to highlight the Project's contribution to the future teacher. That said, a bibliographic study of educational texts was carried out, comparing the readings with the experience in the Project and in the Pedagogy course. Therefore, I reflected on my future performance as a teacher and realized that the project allowed me to learn about participatory practices, as the future educator needs to leave criticism / reflection and experience methodologies that return to participatory pedagogy.

Assim, o futuro pedagogo precisa conhecer alternativas preocupadas na formação integral. Nesse sentido, os irmãos Johnson’s (1998) contribuem com seus estudos sobre a Aprendizagem Cooperativa (AC). Desse modo, este resumo objetiva apresentar a experiência com a AC no Projeto Letras Solidárias, na condição de bolsista do Projeto e de aluna de Pedagogia na Universidade Federal do Ceará, ademais, ressaltar a contribuição do Projeto ao futuro docente. Isto posto, foi realizado um estudo bibliográfico de textos educacionais, confrontando as leituras com a vivência no Projeto e no curso de Pedagogia.
