Resumo: The objective of deepening the understanding of the teachers' perception, the school's preparation and the strategies used in the face-to-face return of classes, this work analyzes the teachers' discourse through interviews and dialogues carried out in a webconference in the year 2022. work emerges from the discussions of the Group of Studies and Research in Literacy of the Federal University of Ceará. For this, the methodological procedures were developed from the bibliographical study on the subject, listening to psychologists about the impact of the pandemic on children and the organization of conversation circles to listen to teachers. As a result, it is pointed out the overcoming of difficulties encountered through the work of teachers and a reflection on the conditions of return. It is concluded that, despite the difficulties encountered, the teachers found strategies to carry out their work during the period.

It is concluded that, despite the difficulties encountered, the teachers found strategies to carry out their work during the period.Com o objetivo de aprofundar a compreensão sobre a percepção dos professores, a preparação da escola e as estratégias utilizadas no retorno presencial das aulas, este trabalho analisa o discurso de professores por meio de entrevistas e de diálogos realizados em webconferência no ano de 2022. Este trabalho emerge das discussões do Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisa em Alfabetização da Universidade Federal do Ceará. Para isso, os procedimentos metodológicos desenvolveram-se a partir do estudo bibliográfico sobre o tema, da escuta de psicólogos acerca do impacto da pandemia nas crianças e da organização de rodas de conversa para a escuta dos professores. Como resultados, apontam-se a superação das dificuldades encontradas por meio do trabalho dos professores e a reflexão sobre as condições do retorno.
