Institutional teaching initiation scholarship program: UNILAB's experience in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic

Resumo: This work is the result of a scientific initiation research funded by the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq), which seeks to understand the training potential of the Institutional Teaching Initiation Scholarship Program (PIBID) for the initial training of teachers at the University of International Integration of Afro-Brazilian Lusophony (UNILAB). In this sense, the text aims to reflect on the experience of UNILAB's Institutional Teaching Initiation Scholarship Program in the pandemic context. At all stages, dialogue and exchanges between the subjects involved were ensured, with the critical and reflective support necessary to mediate learning. It is concluded that there are several challenges, access to TDIC, connection difficulties, lack of adequate space to carry out activities, but there are also possibilities, such as creativity, team support and partnerships between subprojects and programs such as Residency Pedagogical.

Nesse sentido, o texto objetiva refletir sobre a experiência do Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docência da UNILAB no contexto pandêmico. Em todas as etapas foram assegurados o diálogo e as trocas entre os sujeitos envolvidos, com o apoio crítico e reflexivo necessário à mediação da aprendizagem.
