Resumo: | This work has as objective analyze the Pedagogical Project of the Postgraduate Course (PPC) and its relationship with training and professional development. The problem around teacher training is understood as an initial and permanent moment, covering a trajectory inserted in professional development. The study is based on Almeida (2012), Betlinski (2012), Pimenta and Anastasiou (2014), Tardif (2010), Guathier et al (2013). The methodology is qualitative in nature. For data collection, a theoretical and documentary research was carried out. The time frame corresponds to the period from 2015 to 2020. The data pointed to the need for continuous reflections on the organization, planning, methodologies and evaluation, important elements that we find in the matrix of the PPC of the HEIs. It is concluded that the professional development of teachers is characterized as a set of knowledge, skills, abilities, experiences constituted in different contexts and scenarios during initial and continuing education. |

A problemática em torno da formação de professores é entendida como um momento inicial e permanente, percorrendo uma trajetória inserida no desenvolvimento profisisonal. O estudo tem fundamentos em Almeida (2012), Betlinski (2012), Pimenta e Anastasiou (2014), Tardif (2010), Guathier et al (2013). A metodologia é de natureza qualitativa. Para coleta de dados foi realizada uma pesquisa teórica e documental. O marco temporal corresponde ao período de 2015 a 2020. Os dados apontaram à necessidade de contínuas reflexões sobre à organização, o planejamento, às metodologias e avaliação elementos importantes que encontramos na matriz dos PPC das IES.
